Jessica is the coordinator of Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) in Portage County, Wisconsin.
She oversees a program that builds lives, celebrates progress, and strengthens the bounds of community.
Based in the American heartland, CCS offers “services and supportive activities that assist CCS consumers with mental health and/or substance use conditions to achieve their highest possible level of independent functioning, stability, and independence, and to facilitate recovery.”
